The Naz is seeking a candidate to manage multiple projects in our various ministries. The project manager will deal with contracts within church, school and childcare: custodial, landscaping etc. They will collect quotes and work closely with the facilities director with contractors on internal and external projects. Candidate will coordinate with all parties to make sure project is run on track with requirements, deadlines and schedules. The project manager will schedule and work with contractors and subcontractors. The project manager will help the facilities director and staff with maintenance tasks and daily workloads to perform general maintenance, landscaping, masonry, carpentry, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. The project manager will provide administrative support as needed and undertaking project tasks as required. We prefer a candidate to have a project management degree, with construction and/or maintenance experience with sound knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. Candidate will be proficient in MS office and have outstanding negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills in addition to exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
